In August 2015 快播 released Literacy in 21st Century Australia: 快播 Declaration, endorsed by the 快播 National Council on behalf of the 快播 membership.
The document was developed over a substantial period of time with input from a wide variety of 快播 members and with the aim of embedding the document into 快播's ongoing work.
