STEP 1 You can have full consultation with our efficient staff. If our offer pleases you, place an order. (We will do our best to meet your preference.) STEP 2 Make deposit with us. Normally it is 40% of the total cost. When we confirm your payment, we will arrange for shipment. (We will send you the picture and details of your ordered vehicle(s) prior to your deposit.) STEP 3 The ship departs. We will the send you the documents (photo copies), and normally you will make the balance payment. STEP 4 When we confirm payment, we will send you the original documents. The ship arrives at your suggested port.(*1) STEP 5 Custom clearance at the port.(*2) We can also teach you how to clear and depending on the destination, we can arrange clearance agent for you upon your request.
